Statistics: Russia’s inflation rises by 0.19% in January 22–28
MOSCOW, Feb 2 (PRIME) -- Russia’s consumer price inflation amounted to 0.19% from January 22 through January 28 and reached 1.07% since January 1, the Federal State Statistics Service said on Wednesday.
Prices for sugar grew by 0.68%, for buckwheat by 0.09%, flour by 0.52%. The sunflower seed oil rose in price by 0.06%, milk by 0.61%. The chicken meat prices fell by 0.26%.
The prices for fruit and vegetables increased by 1.1% on average. The prices for cucumbers rose by 2.69%, cabbage 2.07%, tomatoes 1.14% and carrots 1.04%. The prices for apples rose by 78%, potatoes 0.44%, beets 0.39% and onions 0.22%
The prices for gasoline increased by 0.2%, for diesel fuel by 0.3%.
